As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You are the one who keeps an overview, solves problems, and ensures guests receive excellent service. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Guiding and motivating the team on the work floor;
• Coordinating and assigning tasks to ensure the shift runs smoothly;
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment;
• Contributing to operational goals, such as sales and quality;
• Assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, and administration.
